Are you an accurate and efficient Order Desk Assistant? Would you like to work for a fast-growing company in Zoetermeer and you speak both Dutch & English? Then we are looking for you! Our client is looking for the best candidate to support their Supply Chain team on a full time basis.



Main Responsibilities 




  • Confirming customer orders
  • Processing outgoing orders until the delivery stage and any return orders
  • Reviewing and monitoring already processed sales orders
  • Calculating volume and costs of shipments, as well as transit time, and informing the customers accordingly
  • Processing RMA orders and returned orders
  • Following up on undeliverable return orders
  • Creating invoices for customs

Main Requirements 




  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in order processing
  • MBO level of education
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch
  • Experience with Incoterms, ERP (preferably Exact), and CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Results driven and solution oriented
