The key responsibility of the Customer Operations Representative is to achieve maximum refunds for our customers by processing their tax claims speedily and correctly. The Customer Operations Representative delivers excellent service to both internal and external relations, and ensures to stay up to date with relevant knowledge and skills in the Customer Operations area. Although each area has their own specialisation, our Customer Operations teams work closely together on projects and support each other and other parts of the business in times of deadlines.

We are looking for a results-driven and service-minded person, who excels in a high pressure environment that has many priorities. The successful candidate is an outstanding communicator with an eye for detail. The candidate is pro-active and takes ownership. A good working knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Finally, as with all roles in the company, we need a Representative who is flexible, willing to go the extra mile and who is able to adjust quickly to new situations.

Skills and qualitiesThe successful candidate speaks Lithuanian on a native level, and is fluent in English, both verbal and in writing. Any additional language is a plus. He or she has worked in an international office environment and has proven customer service skills. Good MS Office skills are a must, as is experience of dealing with potential issues. The successful candidate is able to prioritise and effectively balance both quality and deadlines.

Our client is looking for a keen and ambitious Lithuanian (native) speaking Representative for our Customer Operations team to replace a colleague who is leaving.

CompanyOur client is one of the leading VAT refund service providers for the transport industry in Europe. Besides managing an outsourced VAT refund process, they also pre-finances the VAT directly to the customers. Our key customers are international oil companies, toll companies, fuel companies and international transport companies. They are based throughout Europe, and have direct contact with our Customer Operations department.
