Salary:40 - 60K / year

Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Product Owner in an e-commerce environment
Proven ability to understand and connect with developers
You are familiar with e-commerce platforms and adjacent systems such as onsite search, order management systems (OMS), PIM, online payment, online chat, and ERP systems
Experience, in practice, with Agile scrum, preferably as a PO or scrum master. Certification is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in web analytics, conversion optimization, digital marketing, A/B testing, UX design and or consumer psychology and research is a plus
Personal competence:

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for analysis, prioritization and implementation of user stories related to our international website, with a strong focus on driving customer experience, conversion and customer loyalty. You will be the bridge between the business owners and the scrum team. And will collaborate with all stakeholders to prioritize which initiatives will have the highest business value in relation to the development effort.

Your key responsibility is to define and develop new functionality with the scrum team in an agile way in order to increase conversion, improve customer experience, and in a broader sense: grow the business.

Primary responsibilities:
Understand requirements and business value from the business owners and translate the business needs into clear stories for the scrum team
Own and prioritize the backlog in order to maximize the business value of stories that are developed by the team
Liaise with the conversion rate expert, designers and developers to constantly improve and test new functionalities
Inform, involve and inspire the team
Present what the team has accomplished following each sprint
Other activities involve:
Building and maintaining a relationship with the stakeholders
Having a clear vision for your product and the impact on customer value
Validating tickets according to the requirements
Understanding the end-to-end customer experience and dependencies
Stay up-to-date on best practices and latest developments in the online industry and the industry we operate in; this enables you to provide us with innovative ideas for improvements
