What are you going to do as our Recruiter?
Together with the hiring managers you will be responsible for the entire process of recruiting of our new talents; starting with job descriptions, ending with planning the interviews. Also, the development of effective, original recruitment and of employer branding strategies are themes we like to hear your opinion on. We are a startup turned scale up in one year and we are still growing fast... And we need your help to keep growing!

You will:
- Advise hiring managers on vacancies and candidates
- Design and execute original and highly effective recruitment strategies
- Sourcing; this is part of your strength, you know where and how to find good people
- Manage a candidate database of talented people

What are we looking for?
- HBO or WO level of thinking and working
- Ambitious starter! 1-3 years of experience as a recruiter
- Fluent in Dutch (a must) and English
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Pro-active attitude and appetite for learning
- Critical view and eye for detail when reviewing candidates
- Experience with direct sourcing and using Boolean research methodologies
- Experience in working with ATS is a plus
- Knowledge of labor market communication, social media, job boards and CV databases
- You are smart, creative, efficient, and ambitious.
