General purpose of the role:

Responsible for:

Achieving maximum customer satisfaction and maximum revenue through excellent execution and continue improvement of our client’s processes.

Role:

As a member of the Sales Support Center you offer your client’s expertise and make a positive contribution to the department’s objectives. It is a full-time position where you will work partly for the Tele-Account Management team and partly for the Customer service team. Specifically for both roles:

Customer Service Team:


  • You will be responsible for all communication with retailers and support ensuring all customer questions and complaints are handled with maximum customer satisfaction.
  • You make sure all orders and RMAs are processed accurately and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. Also you focus on structural improvements of our client’s processes.

Tele Accountmanagement team:

  • You will be responsible for relation management through excellent execution in offering appropriate campaigns according to targeted frequencies.
  • You create competitive quotations to maximize the value for both sides.

Requirements Sales Support Center Employee native level Italian

Profile

  • Minimum MBO diploma
  • Minimal 2 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service / Tele Account management in a commercial (B2B) environment
  • You know how to set priorities
  • Accurate in working in standard processes
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented, striving for solutions
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
