Description Service Delivery Manager

Main responsibilities:
1. as interface of ZTE in front of customer, first person responsible for customer requirement on operation and maintenance service;
2. incident management of rollout or operation project;
3. spare parts management on managed service project;
4. organizing subcontractor to deliver customer’s order;
5. document related with operation management, for example, organizing analysis report create after major incident;
6. reporting to Benelux deputy managing director.

Requirements Service Delivery Manager

1. Telecommunications, computer science, engineering and other related knowledge background.
2. Fluent English and fluent Dutch speaking.
3. 5 years experience in rollout or operation project, service delivery experience is preferred.
4. Experience in site engineer or field engineer position is preferred.
5.Strong customer relationship skills, communication and coordination skills, with a keen sense of the market.
6. Good knowledge with telecommunications systems equipment and related systems, can carry out technical communications with customers.

Offer Service Delivery Manager

Location:the Netherlands Den Haag
Contract duration: 1 year ( extendable )
Working hours : 8h per day , 5 days per week
Salary : The annual gross salary will range from 50K to 70K.
