As a customer service coordinator you are in direct contact with B2B clients and customers. You are providing excellent customer service which meets or exceeds the expectations and requirement of both internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring orders are delivered correctly within designated timescales. You have ownership and respond to customer enquiries and resolve problems efficiently. You are building your knowledge of the products and attend training as required. The main duties are account management, order processing, processing debit notes, credit control and doing backorder management.
You are empathic, enthusiastic, service minded and willing to go the extra mile to exceed the expectations. You like to work in a team.
- You speak and write German on a (near)native level
- You have experience in a role with client contact
- You are fluent in English
- You have a service minded nature and enjoy helping others
- You are available to work full-time (38 hours)
