After the questions are over, normally there is an awkward silence, take that as your chance to ask the interviewer some questions.

Of course, It all depends on how the interview went  and if the at the end the interview the recruiter says, "we will let you know later this week if you got the position.” This may give you a feeling that you may not have succeeded the job position. It may be worth your while to show enthusiasm by asking them some feedback questions, which may increase your chances of getting the job.

Ask positive open-ended questions, for example: “ Did I manage to answer all of your questions?”  or “If we were to have this conversation once again how could I improve myself?”

These questions could also be asked after the recruiter has considered not hiring you for the job. The answers from the recruiter are important to learn from, which will improve your interviewanswering skills for your next job application.
