Before an interview is over, the recruiter gives the candidate an opportunity to find out more information about the recruitment process, the company or the position. This time given to ask questions is more important than it seems.

Even thought you think there is no need for asking anything else, the fact is that you must ask something to conclude the interview. Not making that question can affect your success in the recruitment process.

Questions show interest in the job or in the company but also is a good way to clear any doubts that your potential employer could have about you or maybe you can get some extra information to see if the employer is the right fit for you.
