According to study of the German Institute for Makroökonomie und Konjunkturforschung the average Dutch employee working within the private sector costs the employer €33 per hour, whilst the average amount in the European Union stands at €23.90.

This puts The Netherlands in sixth place on the list following Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, France and Luxembourg. At the top of the list with the most expensive employee rate is Denmark, where the average cost of an employee is €41.30.

Just try to compete with the Bulgarian employees who cost their employers as little as €3.60 per hour!!
