Young people prefer a meaningful job than a high salary

Half of the young people today would rather have a meaningful job than a high salary, according to a latest research.

This was reported by consultancy group, Global Tolerance in the UK.

Four out of the ten respondents stated that they would prefer a meaningful job than a high salary. Also, 53% of young people said that they would work harder for an organisation that benefits society with 36% stating similar view among other age groups.

Sixty-two percent of young people also want to work with a company that has a positive influence on the world. In total, 42% said that this is what they wanted.
