The Dutch commute 42.5 minutes for work

The people in The Netherlands commute an average of 42.5 minutes for work, according to a study commissioned by Samsung Electronics, writes the Belgian Metro.

The European average is almost 45 minutes. The Belgians' work travel time was found to be the longest – they commute 53.2 minutes for work. Also, the Spaniards and Italians travel more than 51 minutes for work.

At 36.88 minutes, the British have the shortest work travel time followed by the Germans with just under forty minutes.
