Most of the time, preparation is the secret to be successful in a job interview. When preparing the questions, remember that not everything can be suitable.

1. Do you offer the possibility to work from home?
2. Can you tell me if there is public transportation nearby?
3. Can you tell me what does the company do?
4. Do you offer child care on-site facilities?
5. How often do you give a pay raise?
6. How often do you promote employees?
7. Do you do background checks?
8. How did the interview go? Did I get the job?
9. Don’t ask if there is a possibility to change schedule, job details or salary.
10. Don’t ask if the company checks e-mail or internet usage.

Remember, never ask questions that you can easily find the answer on the internet. Prepare them and don’t ask whatever. Give to your questions a useful objective.
