Before an interview is over, the recruiter gives the candidate an opportunity to find out more information about the recruitment process, the company or the position. This time given to ask questions is more important than it seems.

Even thought you think there is no need for asking anything else, the fact is that you must ask something to conclude the interview. Not making that question can affect your success in the recruitment process.

Questions show interest in the job or in the company but also is a good way to clear any doubts that your potential employer could have about you or maybe you can get some extra information to see if the employer is the right fit for you.

There are many questions that you can ask to your employer. However, here you can find a top 10 interview questions to help you make the most of your interview:

1. Can you describe a normal day in this position? What does the employee in a daily basis?
2. Can you tell me if this is a new position?
3. Would you like me to give you a list of referees?
4. Do you have any doubts about my qualifications?
5. Can you tell me something about the team I will work with?
6. Do you offer training opportunities in your company?
7. What can you tell me about your company’s growing plans?
8. What is the next step in the recruitment process?
9. When can I expect to hear from you?
10. When would be my starting date?

Remember to prepare between three to five questions in advance. Some of them will be answered during the interview so it is good to have some extra in case this happens.
