Account manager Job description

Responsibilities

  • Building of new relationships with customers by among others using existing contacts
  • Maintenance of the strength in customer relationships
  • Receipt and processing of customer matters by solving the issues and meeting the customers' needs
  • Attendance in meetings and negotiations with the organizations' clients
  • Preparation of reports about accountants' trends to identify opportunities of growth and reveal variances

Requirements

  • Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field
  • Experience in the field of account management advantageous
  • Strong communication as well as negotiation skills
  • Confidence in presenting the organization and oneself
  • Customer-orientation and well-developed business acumen
  • Ability to resist stress and manage time
