Responsibilites
- Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers 
- Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process 
- Initiating repeated orders by follow up phone calls after the customers' purchases 
- Carrying out market research on how to address customers 
- Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors' offer conditions 
Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing or any other related field 
- Experience in the area of sales is a plus 
- Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations 
- Strong customer-orientation and cummunication skills 
- Ability to work towards strickt targets 
- Apealing appearance on the phone
