Across 13+ years of IT - I’ve led enterprise-wide portfolio, program and project PMO strategy across global giants like Shell, Nike, Capco, and Unilever, turning complex challenges into scalable, results-driven solutions. Whether it’s driving SAP S/4HANA implementations, leading digital and FMCG portfolios, or building PMOs from the ground up, I operate at the intersection of governance, execution, and strategic vision.
At Shell Netherlands, I currently head the full PMO function for a $100M+ SAP S/4HANA program with 300+ FTEs worldwide. From business roadmap to budget ownership and resource planning to executive steering and agile alignment, I ensure every moving part drives toward business outcomes, with transparency, accountability, and precision.
What sets me apart? A track record of maturing PMO into Centre of excellence and enabling confident decision-making at the highest levels. I manage program financials, vendor engagements, integrated roadmaps, and risk frameworks while delivering real-time insights through tools like Power BI, Clarity, SNOW and Azure DevOps and report the program status into Steering Committees and Decision Review Boards.
