Y qualification, I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (2018) and a Masters degree in Business Administration (2021). I began my career in IT, handling internal business process automation projects, between 2021 to 2023. In 2023 I moved into the shipping industry as a Documentation Executive at an NVOCC which is my latest experience. In this role, I managed the full import cycle, including BL verification, IGM/IAL filing, coordinating vessel arrivals, container movement to CFS/ICD, documentation checks, invoicing, and DO issuance. I also handled exceptions such as delays, damages, and detentions by coordinating with operations and maintaining proactive communication with consignees.
Alongside my core responsibilities, I regularly engaged with customers to provide shipment updates and explore potential export opportunities, which led to securing multiple bookings to the Middle East. This role strengthened my ability to manage documentation, resolve operational challenges, and maintain strong customer relationships.
