50% Increase International Assignments by 2020
According to a PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) report titled Talent Mobility 2020, the number of international assignments will increase 50% by 2020, to nearly 400 per large organization. The youngest professionals, the so-called “millennials,” will hold the bulk of these jobs. 80% of those PWC surveyed said they wanted to work abroad at some point, a trend that held across both developed and emerging economies. Unique receives award for the Best Website of the Year
The award for Best Website of the Year in the category Career went to Unique.nl. Unique has restyled their website in the past year. They focus on optimizing user experience for their visitors, employees and employers. Textkernel is happy to have been able to contribute to this. Unique uses Textkernel’s CV parsing software in their website. Job seekers no longer have to manually fill in their profile. The software puts the data from the resume automatically in all the appropriate fields. This allows for a more customer-friendly application process and increases the conversion on the site.
