Accountants Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the completion of payments
  • Analysis of invoice and expense reports to see which payments to finalize
  • Payment of vendors by continuously checking discrepancies to contracts, purchase orders or invoices
  • Payment of employees according to their contract
  • Administration of the petty cash by recording entries, documentation of receipts etc.
  • Maintenance of accounting ledgers
  • Processing of the taxation of every sales process
  • Preparation of reports for the superiors

Requirements

  • Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or any related field
  • Related practical experience is a plus
  • At best, knowledge about relevant accounting software
  • Detail-orientation and accuracy
  • Affinity to numbers
  • Well developed communication skills to interact with people from different levels
