Responsibilities

  • Development of strategic perspectives based on the respective current business environment
  • Recognition of information about customers, competitors and business trends and comparison of the organization's performance to the data
  • Recommendation of plans aligned with the created strategy and resource allocation

  • Supporting the organization in realizing the strategic plans

Requirements

  • Degree in business/economics or related field, preferably with strategy specialization
  • Practical experience in the field of strategic planning or business consulting is a plus
  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills as well as strategic operation
  • Ability to understand people from all levels of the organization
  • Good business acumen
  • Self-confidence and decisiveness
  • Both good in listening and communicating with managers to get to underlying problems and sell their ideas
