The Social and Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER) gives job-to-job mobility advice to minister Kamp. According to SER it must be made more normal and easier for working people to voluntarily change jobs or switch to another sector. Employers, employees and government must invest in the training and deployability of employees.The Council believes that job-to-job mobility is of great importance for the proper operation of the labour market.
