EMPLOYER HAS NO RIGHT TO VIEW EMPLOYEE’S MEDICAL FILE
Employers do not have the right to view an employee’s medical file should he or she be off sick. They can however ask a judge to have an independent doctor to view the file.
The magazine Medisch Contact wrote this in an article after it was pronounced by the European Court of Human Rights. The French company Eternit had instituted legal proceedings against the French government. Eternit lodged a complaint with the ECHR because it had not been allowed to view the medical file of an employee suffering from lung cancer.

‘IN 2013 EACH HOUSEHOLD WILL SPEND FIFTEEN EURO EXTRA ON BTW (VAT)’

INTERVIEW WITH MAUREEN ADAM –ADAM’S MULTILINGUAL RECRUITMENT
The Netherlands ranks high as a proper place where to start a company. What do you find are the advantages of setting a business here? When I came to the Netherlands, in 1991, there was a time of recession. So I did not set up a business because it was easy to do so, but because I saw a gap in the market, which was for international recruitment companies. I had always worked in recruitment, and I noticed Holland was not very international back then. It was not easy to set the company, as Holland has a lot of rules and regulations, and you may often need advice to get through the paperwork.
Over the last twenty years that I have been in the Netherlands things have changed a lot, especially with regard to international community. The main advantage of setting up a business here is that many of services that government bodies offer are in English and there are a lot of companies that specialize in offering help to expats wanting to set up a business. ..Read more

And we look forward to continue our fruitful cooperation in the future.
Kirsten Jansen - van den Broek Undutchables
We have worked with Together Abroad as advertisers since their inception in 2009.
During this time, we have found them to be very responsive to our needs and very pleasant people to work with.
I would certainly recommend them as reliable and responsive business partners with an eye to the market and having their fingers on the pulse of the Dutch employment sector.
Ray Paker - Madison Parker International
I have known Linda since the inception of Together Abroad and have always been impressed by her passion for the world of internationals and the energy and drive they have invested in their business.
She have built an important portal for the international community in the Netherlands providing information, trainings and job opportunities to this group.
The job board is an important resource to Adams and gives us greater exposure to the jobs we advertise and an additional source of candidates.
