As a Technical Support Engineer you provide 3rd line support for diagnosing, reproducing, fixing software and hardware issues. The tasks you are responsible for are often non-routine and unstructured, requiring creative solutions. You will troubleshoot protocols running on NetApp hardware to assist customer with problem isolation and resolution.
