ADIDAS CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR

Teleperformance is looking for a fulltime or part-time Customer Support Advisor for the site in Maastricht who will support the Adidas online shop with both customer care as commercial activities in business to customer.

Your duties as Customer Support Advisor for Adidas
The Adidas Group is global leader in the sporting goods industry and offers a broad portfolio of products. Products from the Adidas Group are available in virtually every country of the world. As Customer Support Advisor it is your daily task to support the Adidas online shop. This means that your main activities are answering customer care calls, inbound sales calls and answering questions by e-mail and chat. Besides that you are also responsible for commercial activities such as outbound calls to potential customers. Therefore you should be able to answer questions about pricing, shipments and delivery times. Naturally, you are able to advice potential customers on product choices.

Who are you?
You are an enthusiastic personality with a positive “can do” attitude. To be successful as Customer Support Advisor for Adidas you also:

speak fluent German and one other language, like English, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch;
have good communication and writing skills, just as strong PC and internet skills;
have an education at undergraduate lever or equivalent.

Experience in Telesales or ecommerce are a plus.
