Unique utilises a thorough selection process to achieve the right match, i.e interviews and reference checks all done by experienced Recruitment Consultants.
Due to our long-term role as business partner for Shell, we can supply the necessary services and we provide Human Capital that works exclusively for this client. Our in-house offices are located at the Shell offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Pernis, Rijswijk, Den Haag and Assen (NAM).
This way the dedicated consultants:
- are available on-site
- have a great network within Shell
- have extensive knowledge on the Shell business, available positions, policies and procedures (including HSE) the mentality and culture of the location.
This enables us to make the best match between candidate and vacancy, and build strong relationships with both our contractors as well as the line managers.
