Our approach

New job, new country, new challenges. At ABN AMRO we are familiar with what you need to do in order to settle in the Netherlands as quickly and comfortably as possible, at least from the point of view of your finances. Little can be done in the Netherlands without a bank account. Direct debits are the norm. From arranging residential tenancy agreements, to arranging all kinds of other subscriptions (e.g. electricity, internet, TV), a bank account is required. Therefore, opening a bank account at an early stage can significantly improve your settling-in process. With more than 70,000 international clients we have built up the expertise in and reputation for looking after our international clients.
