We use our own equipment and hardware in a multimodal network that spans all of Europe including the Baltic States, Russia as well as Turkey and Central Asia.

The North Atlantic integrated logistics activities of Samskip comprise fully fledged logistics and transport services. The services include frequent sailings to/from the European mainland, UK, and Scandinavia, hi-tech cold storage, sophisticated warehousing solutions and a domestic transport system offering customers total solutions. In addition, the company is providing chartering and project cargo services, along with agency services.

Worldwide temperature controlled logistics
Samskip is a major operator in the field of temperature controlled logistics. Through Samskip Icepak Logistics, the company offers full range of services including ocean freight, trucking, cold storage and documentation based on a deep knowledge of global refrigerated transport, with offices in Europe, Asia, Australia and North and South America.

Samskip operates through FrigoCare own cold storage and terminal facilities in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and in Aalesund, Norway.

Samskip‘s international ambient forwarding activities has a global presence handling all global air, sea and land transport requirements.

The breakbulk and project cargo activities of Samskip are based on experience and knowledge of mainly European and Central Asian transport of break bulk and project cargoes
