Everett is a consulting firm, systems integrator and solution support centre with highly skilled professionals and unique hands-on experience. Everett is located in the Netherlands (Nieuwegein), India (Bangalore), Italy (Milano and Rome) and the United Kingdom (London).

From offices in the Netherlands, Italy, India and United Kingdom, Everett leverages its specialist knowledge to these ‘home-markets’ as well as to many other countries across Europe. Further expansion is managed from Everett’s International office in the Netherlands.
Having its primary business in IESP consulting and implementation work, Everett is a front-runner in new technologies in the areas of Identity & Access Management, Portals and GRC.
Knowledge Organisation

Everett therefore invests heavily in its most pronounced ‘asset’: people, with their ideas, expertise and experience. Everett’s organization chart is a mere reflection of her IESP proposition, in which the knowledge domain of each of the IESP-components is anchored in a competence centre. All Everett employees are designated to one of these competence centres.
The competence centre managers, Managing Consultants and Everett’s CTO, together form Everett’s ‘Knowledge Management Team’, which has the sole agenda of company wide synchronization between the requests of our clients and Everett’s technical vision.

Consulting and projects
Consulting, Quickscans and Workshops

Everett performs quickscans to provide insight into the current situation and needs of the organisation regarding internet and web services.

Consulting may include assistance with formulating a business case, or achieving insights into specific issues, like security or efficiency. In addition organisational conditions are investigated to help develop a worthwhile yet realistic vision, high-level architecture and roadmap.

In order to help the dissemination of knowledge and enhance organisational commitment, Everett can also organise tailor-made workshops at which specialists present and facilitate ‘question and answer’ sessions.

Proofs-of-Concept and Pilots

Our experience has led us to believe that in matters of service oriented infrastructures, it is often most practical to ‘Think Big, then Start Small’. Middleware solutions that provide business critical services, are such a fundamental part of the ICT environment that implementation projects are often preceded by a proof of concept, and/or a pilot phase. Everett can deliver these on site or from demo centres, including evaluation and documentation. This enables organisations to build and learn in a stepwise and incremental fashion towards the right solutions for those challenges that are of the highest priority.

Implementation

Central to the implementation approach of Everett is reducing the risk of our customers by delivering solutions with fixed-budget and/or fixed-time projects. Our experience in the integration and deployment of key technologies in the SDP areas - portals, identity & access management, search and application integration - has given us the unique ability to scope and reliably deliver projects for a wide variety of organisations. In addition, together with our partner community, Everett also installs production environments and provides the training needed to achieve reliable systems management.

Everett's key asset is knowledge. An asset that we leverage for your benefit through consultancy, on a project basis and via technical support.
