Randstad Multilingual Recruitment is a part of Randstad Professionals Customer Contact that specializes in the recruitment of multilingual customer service representatives. We recruit for a variety of roles ranging from customer and sales support, technical support, account manager, order management and sales related positions.

Our multilingual and multicultural team is based in Amsterdam and has build up a strong name in the multilingual job market. Our recruitment process is tailored towards recruiting and selecting the right match on required languages skillsets, as well as culture and experience.

At Randstad Multilingual Recruitment you will find many exciting and inspiring job opportunities, both temporary and with permanent employment perspectives. We are always looking for people who speak one or more European languages with a good command of the English language. For the majority of our roles, we require our candidates to speak either native French, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish or French/Dutch.

In each case, professional interaction with the customers (both B2B and B2C) and resolving the issue is the key. You will be thoroughly trained by our clients to ensure that you have the tools and abilities to help your customer. Depending on our clients’ wishes, we can offer you a temporary agreement or an interim contract. Either way, you are always entitled to our excellent benefits, including 8% vacation allowance and illness coverage.

Our specific approach with Randstad Multilingual Recruitment is a personal approach. We work with a team of international people, who are responsible for establishing and maintaining all relations ourselves. Our process is quite straightforward: candidates that apply or that we headhunt ourselves, get a telephone interview. In this interview, a candidate’s CV will be discussed and his demands and requirements/motivation for a new job. Tests (languages or technical) will be conducted if applicable. After that, an appointment will be made for a personal interview. In this personal interview, we focus on the type of personality and work ethics that a candidate has. In this way. We are able to draw up a complete profile for all our candidates.

My motivation to work with Randstad Multilingual Recruitment is that I enjoy helping people and that it makes me happy to see our clients and candidates happy. Having a good job is usually quite important to people and I am glad that I am able to play a part in that. I really enjoy working for Randstad, as the company gives me a lot of opportunity to work independently and to create my own strategy.
